Dorma Bungalow |
Project Overview
Paul and Norma Gibson bought a piece of land in picturesque Cliffe in the North Yorkshire countryside around two years ago with a plan to build a retirement bungalow - work finally began in February 2007 and they hope
to complete the building of ‘Buffers’ (so called because it stands very close to the end of a railway line!) by the end
of November. MORE>
The Solution
Paul and Norma chose a heating solution from NOBO heating for a number of reasons; Paul says “we really wanted a heating system that was ‘set and forget’, something very quiet with little or even no maintenance required. I knew from my own research that NOBO is at the top end of the market in electric heating products and that electric heating would offer a simple, energy efficient, quiet and maintenance-free source of heat for our new home.” MORE>
Which Heaters?
Paul and Norma are using the Series 8 range of panel heaters from NOBO heating in various outputs around the house in the different rooms – the Slimline C4N Model in various outputs ranging from 500 Watt to 1500 Watt is being used in the living room, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, lobby and landing. Control Options
As fully integrated control is such an important issue for Paul and Norma,
the Orion 700 Multi-zone digital RF Programmer from NOBO heating was the obvious choice. MORE>
